The whole process took about a month and a half. It involved: (1) an initial video interview, (2) a week-long take home exercise, (3) feedback on the exercise, and (4) a 3-hour video interview session, where I met with various team members for around 30 minutes each. I was kept updated throughout the entire process, and really had a great opportunity to get to know about the business and the culture (particularly in the last round of interviews, which included meeting with the CEO). Overall, a really positive interview experience. Throughout the process, it was really clear that YipitData takes hiring seriously and are thorough in looking for the best candidates.
