It's similar to what everyone else has said, and the take home assignment is where most mess up. They give you about a week do this assignment, but they don't respect the amount of time they are asking you to put into it. At the end, you are only given a single sentence feedback. The company isn't worth going through this much trouble for, and you're better off interviewing elsewhere. Even if you do accept their offer, you are asked to stay with them for 2 years. Yipit Data doesn't know how to respect one's time.
