The interview process was very thorough - not terribly difficult, but quite exhaustive. I was contacted promptly after applying and started off with an interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by a take home exercise (with a one week deadline), then another interview with hiring manager, then their manager, then a back-to-back serial interview ending with the VP of Operations. The entire process was handled remotely and took about 6 weeks. The HR folks, hiring manager and everyone else were very communicative and supportive throughout. Serial interviews are a challenge for me personally, but I also understand why they are done. My advice to future applicants would be to take you tike with the take home exercise and to ask questions if you have any.
