Worst experience ever! I applied Research Associate role a few weeks ago. The first step is to complete an analysis assignment. I passed the assignment and got interview invitation for Research Associate role. However, right before the interview they changed their mind and said they can only proceed with my candidacy for the Research Specialist role which is junior to the Research Associate level. Since I have been working for a big finance firm for three years and do have some previous experiences related to the position I applied. I asked for hiring manager to reconsider my qualification for Research Associate but got rejected immediately by HR. They could have told me that before asking me to spend time completing the assignment, however they didn't. I can't believe I got interview invitation already and then they just changed their mind without even meeting me! It's so disappointed that the company shows no respect to their candidates...

The interviewing process was well conducted, it took ~2 months between the first recruiter contact and when I received the final answer. In general they were pleasant interviews, I had one experience that was a little bit more intimidating but the person is no longer at the company. The cases they deliver are not extremely hard, but require attention and effort, considering they always gave me at least 1 week to deliver I could use my weekend for doing it.
