The hiring analyst did the interview on zoom while he was in a cafe. The individual was distracted by the surroundings and was not really paying attention to my answers. I repeatedly told the analyst I could not hear him/her clearly and I guess they just needed me as a statistic to show they are an equal opportunity employer.

The interviewing process was well conducted, it took ~2 months between the first recruiter contact and when I received the final answer. In general they were pleasant interviews, I had one experience that was a little bit more intimidating but the person is no longer at the company. The cases they deliver are not extremely hard, but require attention and effort, considering they always gave me at least 1 week to deliver I could use my weekend for doing it.

I interviewed an HR representative from China and because of the language barrier, she couldn't answer simple questions related to career trajectory, and division of labor within the team. She also refused to explain the possible career path within the company. All in all, it was a waste of time.
