The interview experience for the sales position was very thorough and professional. The entire recruitment process was around 4-5 weeks that involved take-home exercises, roleplays, interviews with manager, peers and c-level exec in various regions. Overall it was a wonderful experience speaking to stakeholders at all levels. The interviewers were certainly not easy on me but each conversation was very enjoyable and engaging. They took the time to share a lot about their experiences in their roles and offered advice on what it takes to be successful at the role which I was applying for.
