Interview Process: Step 1: First Round Interview via Zoom Step 2: Go.com Assignment Step 3: Final Round Marathon Interview via Zoom The first interview was with the recruiter. Background, experience, and career goals were discussed with some behavioral questions. Additional information about the company and position was provided. The assignment was intended to gauge the ability to analyze a dataset, find insight, and express findings clearly. Should take less than 1 hour. The final marathon interview round was 90min (30min with each interviewer) with back-to-back interviews with the research team and the hiring manager. Interviewers shared their roles and further expanded on the teams' roles, products, clients, vision, and more. Overall interviewers are trying to find the interviewees' background, experiences, and if all of those factors fit well with their teams' role through means of questions (more like a conversation). The recruiters and the interviewers were easily accessible, very informative, and quick at responding to questions throughout the process.

The whole process includes three rounds of interviews and a reference check at the end. Everyone I met is so nice! The whole process was transparent and they would answer any questions you had.
