Well structured interview process that provided plenty of exposure to different people at the company, weighted toward the people would be interacting the most as a member of research. There was an upfront interview, a short assignment, and then a longer assessment that while challenging, I felt greatly helps Yipit determine who is a fit and who is not. Finally, the final interviews gave me the opportunity to ask more questions and it improved my understanding of the role and the company's direction.
