It was very good they asked in depth questions and cares more about who u were rather than what u know, showing that they are willing to help you learn and grow.

I had three interviews before I accepted the job offer. The first was a fifteen-minute phone interview with the manager. The second was an in-person interview with the manager. The last was an in-person interview with the studio owner.

The phone call interview mainly consisted of the manager going over the job position and the other two were basic interview questions where they ask for your work and yoga experience.

It was a very simple and casual interview process, I really loved meeting everyone there. They showed me around the studio, explained all of the details of the position and what I would be doing, and talked about my background and why I was looking for a new position.
