Screening process is below average. Had a great experience with the recruiter who initially called. We went over my résumé and determined my skills were a good fit and she was going to send it through. Not being told, another person called to again come through my resume and proceeded to tell me her customer was looking for a few additional tools they have not used before and asked if I would be comfortable adding that to my résumé. When I declined, The call was ended abruptly.

Met all the big stakeholders in three separate small panel interviews. It was all scheduled very quickly which is rare to find these days! The passion and drive of everyone was clear and their desire for evolution was a driving factor in my decision
