Met with three of the faculty to discuss my skills and background. They asked me questions about my teaching experience and how I like to teach. I was hired on the spot and showed around campus.

It was one on one and was a phone interview before it was in person. The in person interview was with the two department heads. It was personable and there were quite a few questions that were asked.

Laid back and easy to communicate with the interviewer. The questions were straight forward and focused on what I would want out of a future job and not just this one.
