I was sent through a recruiter and first stage was a telephone conversation with the recruiter and also to write a one page cover letter. Waited 2 weeks to be told I need to now write another letter how I can relate to their values. Which was done and then was told to come in for an interview. When I arrived I was greeted by a blonde lady with a fake smile on her face. I had the interview With one lady face to face and another on video chat. I was given two tasks related to the role. Which had to be completed within 30 minutes. Once that was completed we went through interview questions. They had sent the interview questions prior and we had to prepare. But when I recieved my feedback from the interview they complained how I didn’t add much emphasis to one question when it’s not my fault you worded the question wrongly. And they also went off track and asked a question that was not sent in the email. The company seem confused and lost with their hiring process and that does need a fix. How can you tell me to prepare for a question that you have written and worded and then complain that I never answered the question when you worded it incorrectly. To be honest I think it’s a cop out. Don’t talk about inclusion when really you don’t want that. Your not inclusive to other races at all. It lasted 2 hours of my precious time. And supposedly they never took anyone for the position I applied for.
