I met directly with the recruiter because I was recommended by a friend. He is genuine, integrous and truly easy to talk to. My friend that worked there set up the initial meeting. We met in his office. He gave an office tour and introduced me to some of the staff so by the time we sat down to talk more seriously, I felt comfortable. He asked me questions about my experience and sales volume. He explained some of their education programs, discounts on things like insurance, Top Producer and CTMe and office fees. He followed up with phone calls and gave me all the support I could ask for in my transition from my former company...it can be tricky in real estate.
