Simple and effective. The process was straight forward, and they were extremely professional. The questions asked during the interview process were clearly seen to work to a common topic which was to understand my goals when interning at the company. This allowed them to evaluate my strengths and weaknesses coming into the company as an intern giving them an idea of what to expect.
