Speedy and to the point. Kind and polite staff, looking for genuine workers! I felt at ease and did not worry too much afterward. These people truly care about our youth.

The interview was quite challenging as they asked a number of very personal and reflective questions. The itnerviewers were very nice, but it is important to be prepared before going into the interview. Think about times when you advocated for a child or children, and think about what that means to you. Also think about human rights and how to approach situations in a mindful way. These are topics that were brought up in my interview.
