It was an open interview day. There was a short presentation then we toured the facility then they asked many scenario questions. Staff seemed nice and open but I have read about bad reviews about lack of communication between staff

When was a difficult time you had to disagree with someone you worked with and how did you handle it
It was very fun throughout the process. I had no issues with anybody during the interview. Basic questions about experience and how you react in situations was the majority of the interview.

It went very smooth and just be yourself! Don't get nervous and take a deep breathe. Do some research before you apply for YV. You go into the site and check in first,but before that they send you a notification
They were late multiple times to the process, but they were very attentive and enthusiastic when actually interviewing me. I really enjoyed talking with the multiple people, but I did feel a bit neglected with the multiple instances of tardiness. I think it’s the nature of the company though.
