Very rigorous and stressful, two interviewers asking you questions back to back and trying to intimidate you from working with them! like what is the point of the interview if you clearly have your mind set on not accepting me from the beginning?

I received a call from the HR person told me that I have an interview with Technical Advisory. I met the Technical Advisory two days later and he was asking me general questions about me and my education background. the interview went smooth. After 15 minutes of talk, he called the HR person and told him to send me an offer. The HR person called me two weeks later via mobile and told me about the salary and job title. He said the job offer will be sent to me by email but I didn't receive anything from him. He was apparently lying and sent nothing. I ignored him because the job title was not suitable to my education background since I'm an electrical engineer and the job title was IT Technician. Anyway, good luck to them.
