Vorstellung der zu besetzenden Position durch zwei Mitarbeiter von Zeiss. Danach sind wir durch meinen Lebenslauf gegangen. Über meine Promotion habe ich mit Hilfe von einigen Folien gesprochen. Danach war es ein Wechsel über die Arbeitsstelle und Fragen von meiner Seite.

One of the most unprofessional interview process I have been part of. It took weeks just to schedule an interview, no one feels responsible to contact you and finalize a date. When the interview was finally scheduled there was no regard to the candidate availability which was mentioned. Deadline agreed during the interview process were never kept.

Three Interviews: 30 min Telephone with your future boss, Online with boss and technical colleague, then on-site with bosses boss, boss and HR. For the second and the third I needed to prepare a presentation to show my skills. Good discussion, it was interesting but also demanding.

The interview was a 2h process with four supervisors from different departments.
It started with some technical questions about optics, related to their products.
Later on in the interview, I had to give a presentation about myself and it continued with personality questions.
