Interview process is very simple but not formal as most companies take. They only focused on my work experience as a MEP Engineer, I'd only 1 year of experience. Interviewer said that a Mechanical Engineer is more suitable for MEP Engineer position as compared to Electrical Engineer, and thy need only experienced candidates for the position.
