The interview was in 45 minutes and with 2 interviewers (a professor and a PhD candidate). I cannot really remember platform but I think it was an online interview per Zoom.

Working experience regarding the job description, future career plan, how long do you plan to work for ZEW. Those are basically casual questions. No specific academic theory was asked.
