There is a virtual interview followed by an all-day group interview at one of their plants. I was interviewed along with five other students at their Gainesville location. It involved group exercises, a presentation, and a tour of the factory. The interview went well and the panel was nice but my experience afterwards was terrible. They said they would get back to us within a week - I emailed twice to follow-up but it took almost four weeks before I received their decision. Also, someone in HR reserved a rental car for me but I was only reimbursed half the amount. My emails regarding this issue have been ignored.
