Since I was filling the position I already was working, the interview was me telling them what I do. I told them what pay, vacation etc I wanted. The interviewer was not able to meet my vacation demand so I had to go to his supervisor who worked out a compromise. It took them 2 weeks after our interview to work out final offer that I was willing to take.
