Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ZOLL Medical (Providence, RI)
Colloquio
The interview process was approximately 10 rounds, there was a personality test around step 3/4, if you do not pass this part, you may not move forward, so they should probably have this earlier in the process to not waste everyone's time. A ride along was also a requirement, however, it was like step 9 or so, so at that point if they didn't like you or you didn't like the role, it was a big waste of time. It wasn't necessarily difficult but long and arduous.

Interview was 9 rounds. After that, they then called me on a Thursday and asked me to take 4 days off from my current job that upcoming week for a field ride. After the field ride, they threw in another final interview that was never mentioned as being part of the process. I wasn’t ale to take off 4 days from my current employer with a one day notice, as I run a $6M territory over two states. Any top performing rep will have scheduled meetings for the upcoming week. Very disappointing. No respect for the hiring manager or their hiring process. Dodged a bullet!

Too many to name. Situational-based and normal interview questions.

Initial screen with HR went well and I was moved forward. Hiring manager interview went very well and was told I would be advancing to in-person interview in the next few weeks. Despite following up, I was ghosted. I expected a higher degree of professionalism and respect. I was warned by several colleagues and former employees to be cautious of Zoll. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately they lived up to their toxic reputation. Dodged a bullet!
