The interview process was very lengthy I went through four different rounds I nailed every single one glowing reviews one guy said you're perfect I'm definitely going to refer you to the next step I was so excited I felt like this was maybe a God thing. I waited a total of 3 and 1/2 Weeks to then get a Dear John Letter saying thank you for your interest you did not get selected for the job. No Rhyme or Reason as to why however they continued to post the job over and over again. It just seemed like a joke and a complete waste of time because I prepared for these interviews. I had to create mock sleep study reports, explain in-depth everything that I know about the field to sleep, quizzed on various other topics. I felt bamboozled and was a complete waste of my time. When I tried to reach out to the district manager asking if there's anything I could have done differently he read my response and did not reply completely unprofessional. I think I definitely dogged a bullet.
Some advice: Be professional and respond to people don't give them the cold shoulder or ghost applicants if they are not being selected. Respect applicants effort and time.
