I had a great interview experience with the CEO for the HR Generalist position at ZPE Systems back in March 2022. In addition to the typical HR-related questions, the conversation also focused on the company’s lean structure. The CEO asked if I was comfortable wearing multiple hats, which I appreciated as it highlighted the dynamic and agile nature of the team. We also discussed the tight-knit culture at ZPE, which really resonated with me. It was clear that the team values collaboration and flexibility, and I left the interview feeling excited about the opportunity to contribute in such a hands-on and impactful role.
