The hiring process involved an online Aptitude test organised by HIREPRO.
Overall the test was easy but time duration was short. Speed is required while solving the question.
After clearing the test the process was followed by 2 types of interviews
Case and Behavioural.
Mine was Case interview, it was meant to analyse your focus, presence of mind, your ability to analyse the case study and the details in the case, Kind of a stress interview which lasted for around 2 hours.
A lot of stress was put on just to make you more nervous and check whether you can handle stress. Do read your case study thoroughly and don't miss out any details.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
