I got a call from ZS for the profile of knowledge Management Associate. First round was held telephonic, wherein the interviewer asked about my previous experience and how can i relate my experiemce to their requirement. After a month i guess, i got a mail of being shortlisted for the next rounds which involved 3 rounds - 1) case study 2) resume probe 3) general interview with senior associate. I appeared in case study round wherein a laptop was handed and I was asked to create a mock design of a community after going through the case study, I was given all different types of images that were required to be used to create that mock community (like fb) on a ppt slide. It was 45 min round. Then as soon as I completed the ppt of mock design, I was asked to present of what i have done. I explained clearly of my idea. Inbetween the interviewer cross quentioned on certain social collaboration tools, and marketing tools which i didnt had knowledge of. I was not taken further. But personally the interview was very easy and knowledge based.
