Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ZS Associates (Bengaluru) nel mese di feb 2017
Colloquio
1st Round - Resume screening. Accepts people from tier 1 colleges only and atleast 70% ug score
2nd Round - Written aptitude test. Test is at CAT level.
3rd Round - Case study round. A case study is given and needs to be solved. Quite simple , be logical while answering.
4th Round - Behaviourial Interview. General one on one interview involving some puzzles , guestimates and usual HR questions
5th Round - Fit interview. Done by senior management. Has general HR questions and like why ZS type questions.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
