The interview process is different. I applied off campus for the BOA role. They have recruitment around the year. It starts with an online aptitude test which you have to give from your place. Then, they call you and ask you what you know about the role you applied for, following that up with a couple of guesstimate questions. Then, there's a case study round wherin you'll be given a 30-min case study with 4 questions. This is followed by a case interview and the case is discussed individually with every candidate by an interviewer. Then there is a FIT round where they could ask anything from the resume to puzzles, guesstimates and information about the role. The final round is the HR round.
