the interview process is too long but it is a pleasant interview experience. For me, the process started at7 in the morning where we were introduced to the case study problem. It was around 30 minutes. We were also given instructions on how to use the platform. After that, we were given to solve the case study in an one hour window in a video proctored test. After that, we were ready for the first round og interview which is the case study discussion.
there was a 2 hour free time between these events.

The questions were from the case study. general questions like how did you arrive at the particular answer, is this the correct way to solve the question, etc.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
