Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ZS Associates (Nuova Delhi) nel mese di gen 2021
Colloquio
1) First there was an aptitude test on Talview consisting of QA, LR, DI & VARC. You need to be fast in this test as it contains around 40 questions and the time alloted is 45 minutes. Don't mark for review any question thinking you'll come back later to solve it, if you are not able to find the answer to any question then just take a best guess and move forward. Trust me, you won't have time to come back later.
2) Next is the PSDD round where you are given a case study related to the job application field and you have 30 mintues to solve around 8 questions related to that case. Please take your time here and don't be in a rush. Judge the conditions well and take wise decisions.
3) Next and the last part of the video interview is the 3rd stage where they ask you questions for which you have 10 seconds to think the answers and record your video answers in under 3 minutes. You can stop the recording earlier if you want to.
After this round the Talview interview is over and they ask you to close the window/tab.

1) The first round has basic aptitude questions which are related to the ones one can find in any CAT prep book, though much easier in difficulty level.
2) PSDD is something which I had never encountered before, but it wasn't much difficult. Just take your time here and don't be in a hurry.
3) Questions in this round were like:
i) How would you handle a difficult colleague?
ii) How would you ensure a proper Supply chain in you organization?
iii) A small guesstimate.
iv) Describe a situation where you were able to reach your goal against all odds.
Etc.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
