The interview process was very interesting. It was first interview with a consulting firm. So learned a lot from it. It checks you analytic approach to problem and communication skills. You cannot fool by presenting your fake personality.

The experience was amazing. The culture is best and everyone is friendly. Best cafeteria and it was based in perfect place. The interview was hectic one and strict but enjoyed the process.

3) PERSONAL INTERVIEW - personal interview with a representative who then recommends you to hr

First was to get your resume selected, then the online aptitude test, then if selected you’ll be called to their office (Gurgaon or Pune). There you’ll have to go through the Case study round and lastly Fit/behavioural round
