Second Round: Called at the office given a case study and 1 hour of time to solve it and then an interview based on it.
third round: formal talks about career future aspects and guess estimates approach.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
