Aptitude round followed by GD followed by case interview and behavioral interview and then final Principal interview. Principal inter view was just a formality, most of the people appearing in this interview are selected. Major screening happens in the aptitude and GD rounds. Topics related to current affairs are pertinent in the GDs. Also, one should prepare the basic HR questions before appearing for ZS, these questions are asked at each step.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
