First round consisted of a generic behavioral and a technical. The technical portion involved chart reading and some simple math. Super day was with 5 members of the firm, from entry level analysts to a partner. There was a case not unlike what was presented in the first round. The partner gave the behavioral. A work sample portion involved an analyst showing the interviewee some decks and asking questions on what they imply. A more unique approach was a section where the interviewee completes some questions based on graphs without any outside interaction, then presenting the results to a member of the firm.
