They advertised sponsoring CPT/OPT visas, and then retracted my offer once I told them I needed it. This was sponsored by my college, not them. Ridiculous waste of time considering I turned down other places after receiving my offer (which was later rescinded)

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills

The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
