      1. HR telephonic call: Called me to check my background, project management experience, and reason for applying to ZS. HR was very helpful and told about the entire process and expectations of interviewer at every round. 2. Telephonic round by a Project Manager: Based on resume. Asked me about experience in project management, team handling, my fit in ZS. Why ZS should hire me, Why I should join ZS, 1 project which I handle, Data handling and crunching experience. 3. In person case study round by Project manager: 4 pager case study (1st page about the background & next 3 pages with graphs) Each graph has set of questions. Case study was a pharma company acquiring anti asthama drug manufacturer. 2nd page of case study had a graph was % of physicians referring customers product and competitor product while other graph was on anti asthma drug user. Questions were purely based on graphs. Lot of thinking is required about different possibilities for increase or decrease of drug consumption 3rd page of case study had more data supporting the previous page graph (plz note interviewer will not move on next page till all the questions are answered) Reason for decrease in drug consumption were explicitly mentioned. Over here you come to know if your answers were right or not 4th page of case study had a perception graph - It was further extension of last 2 pages. 4. In person case study round by 2 project managers: 13-15 pager case study 45 min of preparation including making a presentation of A3 pages This was a real difficult case study - Pharma company sales dashboard preparation. It included 3 pictorial representations: a. Process flow with time required b. Time required & actual time taken to complete each task 3. Issue log Questions were to prepare a new dashboard as well as suggest improvements in process flow to save time & cost. This case study requires thorough understanding of project management & project data flow. Knowledge of time reduction & cost reduction in project is a must. 5. In person interview with Principal: Communication based & gauging clarity of thoughts & reasoning. Not more than 30 min.
