The interview mainly revolved around explaining the answers from the case study round that happens before the interview. If you clear the case study round, then only you can go to the next round, i.e., interview.

Q: Give a real life scenario where you had multiple options to choose but you chose a specific one and why did you choose that? Q: How would you manage a team? Q: Give an example of your leadership experience.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
