The process was smooth and the interviewers are very friendly. The interview was being separated into 2 parts. One is the behavioral while the other one is the case brief interview. The interviewer for the case brief gives a clear guidance and instruction for you to answer the questions.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
