Telephonic round then second round was a Case Study round and then followed up with a Fit round. All the rounds were intense and took a lot of time to judge the person. Telephonic was more on technical + management. Case study was more of technology related. Fit round is a more of behavioral round.

Questions were based on the entire life cycle of a project. Then case study on data warehousing project which was more technical with a lot twist to the questions. Also data modeling and dimensional modeling questions were asked. Fir round is a more of behavioral round with questions like weaknesses and strengths, etc. Hobbies, etc.
