The interview process consisted of 4 rounds , aptitude , communication,case study, HR . Each round I would say was in the range of medium to difficult . Aptitude would check all of your verbal,quant and reasoning skills. Communication round will check your speaking skills . Case study round will consist of an interviewer giving you a case study and expect you to solve it and will assess your problem solving skills and your approach . HR round will consist of guesstimates, riddles , behavioral question and questions from your projects and experience .

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
