We had 3 rounds of interviews after qualifying the online test(Aptitude and Verbal). 1st round was a case study round. It was a 10-12 page case and had 5-6 questions which you had to answer in 30mins. Some questions required mathematical analysis and some required your Common understanding. Then the HR tried to grill deep into some questions asking why did I choose one option over another. 2nd round was a guesstimate and puzzles round. I was asked to solve 2 puzzles( not that tricky) and a guesstimate. Then I was asked to explain what I mentioned in resume. I was also asked to explain any project which I did in group and what was the result of it. He asked me some questions to know how I behave in a group project. 3rd round was taken by the principal manager. He asked me general HR questions like why do I wish to join this company. What are the other companies iam looking for. What is my aim in life. 2 weaknesses & strengths. What do my friends say of me if asked upon.
