I was first invited to do an test online. The test is run by Cubiks online, it's composed of a numerical part and a verbal part. You can practice online before and take the test whenever you are ready, but I found the practice tests easier than the real thing, and thus misleading. You need to go quickly through the questions, so make sure to practice. Shortly after taking the test, I was called on my cellphone by the recruiter. The first interview that was arrange was later canceled because of a lack of interviewer. I then had to mail the HR to remind her of arranging a new interview. First round interview was composed of a behavioral interview with a manager and a case study with a consultant. I was invited for the second round one day later. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The office culture is casual, most people don't wear suits.
