The interview was scheduled at the Headquarters of Zhongxing Telecom Pakistan Private Limited. The interview was taken by a mid-level Manager. The language spoken was English. The interview involved difficult questions related to Telecommunications System Engineering.
applied through reference & got selected with easy & basic transmission questions. They want profiles having experience in microwave and optical products. also person who has fair experience in field support. minimum experience they are looking for is of 3 years. Basically first round is telephonic and asked basic questions. second round is through video conference or through skype and finally salary negotiation will take place. they don't have any fixed salary and generally 20% hike is given.
