This was followed by a technical interview, which focused on my understanding of client support scenarios, cloud-based systems, and batch processing concepts relevant to the role.
After the technical round, there was a managerial interview where I was assessed on my problem-solving approach, communication skills, and how I handle real-time client issues. The final stage was a culture-fit discussion to ensure alignment with the company’s values and work environment.

How would you handle a high-priority client issue if the root cause isn’t immediately clear, and internal teams are taking time to respond?
Ghosted on first interview and didn't give any response until next day and then rescheduled it for another day and on that day the panel joined 20 mins late and asked me if u could reschedule and then did the interview and now feedback from anyone after all this distres and multiple feedback requests. Basically no respect for the candidate and the hr should change it to cr or something because it's not humane.
