Leider habe ich bisher keine Rückmeldung auf meine Bewerbung erhalten, was ich sehr bedauerlich finde. Es gab bisher keinerlei Kommunikation oder Feedback seitens des Unternehmens, und ich hätte mir zumindest eine kurze Rückmeldung oder ein Update zum Stand des Bewerbungsprozesses gewünscht.

The interview process was challenging, but fair. I had 5 interviews in total (with the recruiter, with my future lead, one to present the case study I was given, with a future colleague and the head of). The process took around a month and communication was always quick and transparent. The case study wasn’t too hard and the presentation was really fun. All of the interviews were held remotely and mostly in English. One day after the final interview, I got a call with the recruiter with their offer. The recruiter navigated the whole experience smoothly and answered all of my questions promptly. 100% positive experience!

The screening interview was ridiculous. I had prepared myself quite well, expecting to get a proper interview, but the interviewer only asked me what was my personal social media usage. They must've had already hired someone but were compelled to conduct interviews. She also made a borderline racist comment, so much for inculsivity at Zalando. Lasted 10 min tops.
