Even though receiving a positive feedback after an interview, no follow up received and I had to email them and chase to receive a standardised answer. When asked for specific feedback for future improvement, I got a basic reply that the interview went well but other candidates were further in the recruitment process, however I replied on the day that the vacancy was posted. So apparently sincerely asked for feedback at Zalando, the HR department have not the ability to give a structured feedback instead they will give you a weak basic excuse. A note for Zalando HR, when a candidate sincerely ask for feedback it means they are looking to improve and grow as a person, so they can do it better at future interviews. Also when a candidate get informed they will get a reply within 2 weeks time please send an update, it is quite rude for a candidate to have send 3 emails to different HR recruiters to receive an update.
