      I had applied for the role of Sr Product Manager - Outfits Program on their website in March 2021. About a couple of weeks later, received an email from the HR coordinator to have a screening discussion scheduled with the Hiring Manager and the unit HR The interview consisted of two rounds of 45 mins each with a pause of 15 mins in between The initial discussion with hiring manager focused on my earlier experience, products I worked on, challenges etc. All through the 45 mins time span, the manager seemed quite pleasant to talk to, the kind i was looking forward to work with. A discussion than an interview ! Forward to the second discussion with the HR person...within first 5 mins, the individual totally changed my perception. After asking a random question, the guy didn't bother to look at the screen or answer any clarifying questions, in fact went across scribbling on the notepad (makes me wonder if Google meet transcript hasn't reached there yet!). I had expected a debrief about the role, the team strength, stakeholders, interactions, expectations to begin the discussion (just had the JD so far and had ran out of time in Hiring manager discussion earlier). On the contrary, the questions were getting more and more silly (fun questions in his parlance) making me wonder if there was any agenda to the 45 mins discussion...I was totally irritated by the time it got over As expected, the HR ghosted me when I reached out for feedback. It took some intervention to actually get a rejection email from his coveted email id. Phew, this was probably the first time came across an HR so full of themselves. Dude, if you have finalised some candidate earlier, please be transparent and spare other interviewees 45 mins of their time ! The best part of it....had a shortlist and screening round with another team from the same company a couple days later, which was cancelled, thanks to this experience

      I recently interviewed for a Senior Product Manager position. The process was fairly standard, with common product management questions focused on strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. While the overall experience was okay, one downside was that the recruiter did not allow me to ask any questions about the role or the company. This was disappointing, as understanding the company's vision, culture, and expectations is a crucial part of evaluating whether the position is a good fit. Overall, the process was structured and professional, but the lack of transparency made it less engaging than I had hoped.

      Worst candidate experience ever! I went through 6 rounds of interviews spanning 4 months. This included HR, Hiring Manager, 1 Case Study round and various stakeholder interviews. After each of the initial 3 rounds they took 1 month to get back to me. Throughout the rounds whether during the case study or in some of the interviews they appreciated all my ideas on their active projects and in the final round they found my profile "not senior enough". The next week I find the same job reposted on LinkedIn with a higher level of experience required (which actually within their company represented an even higher position) vs when I had applied and finally 2 days after this I received a standard rejection email. What a pathetic way to treat a candidate. It seemed like a free idea generation exercise.

      The interview process was very tedious and chaotic. It took them 2 months to reach out to me. The interview questions were ok however the time they took to conduct the interview which is 2 months was unrealistic. Also the interview was chaotic and I had to give 4 rounds in one day.
