Lovely screening call via phone, then was asked to take the CCAT (an online assessment exam) before proceeding. Phone call with hiring manager went well. A week later, was asked to do the CCAT again with a proctor. After that, I was scheduled for a panel interview via Zoom. I was provided with a written scenario and questions to prep for ahead of the interview. I wound up getting an offer from another company and withdrawing my candidacy, though, so I did not complete this next phase.

Domanda 1
I don't recall any questions; the phone call was more conversational in nature.

At the time, every marketer interviewed me and few people from other departments. It was a very very lengthy process, but it was helpful to also interview several people who currently worked there.

I applied in early May and heard back in the middle of June. I had a conversation with a 30 minute phone call with an HR employee, first. After that, I took an online assessment that was both a personality quiz and a cognitive test (basic math, vocabulary, and pattern matching). From there, I had a 30 minute phone call with the engineering manager. After that, they make you take the same cognitive test again while an HR employee proctors it to confirm the result. They also ask that you submit a code sample or take their coding project. From there, I went on to the virtual on-site stage. This was 3 hours long with 4 groups of 2 people. They ask questions about your experience, behavioral questions, and language specific technical questions. A week after this, I was told that they filled the role with another candidate, but they wanted to consider me for a different Software Engineering position on a different team. For that process, I had a 45 minute phone interview with that hiring manager, and a 3 person, 1 hour interview a few days later with people on the team. I was then given an offer. Unfortunately, the offer was less than I was making now, and they were unwilling to adjust.
