I applied online for the role of sales associate/cashier as part of their Christmas casuals.
Received an email and phone call a few days later and was informed of a group interview.
There were at least 20 people at the interview along with HR and someone who turned out to be the Store Director for the flagship store.
First, we watched a video about Zara/Inditex and was encouraged to point out what stood out to us in the video
Next, a couple of group exercises and presentations which were concluded with smaller group interviews of 3-4
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
